Living Well Institute

WELCOME

At Living Well Institute, I support midlife women who have experienced sexual betrayal through individual and group coaching, a guided wellness community, and a clear path of healing using the Woodland Pathways Method. When everything feels disorienting and uncertain, this work offers structure, steady support, and a way to move from shock toward clarity, self-trust, and integration. Through books, speaking, and therapist training, I extend this model so women—and the professionals who support them—can walk this path and know there is light at the end of the terrain.

Welcome

At LIVING WELL Institute, the focus is not on hustle, image, or pressure. It is on real growth.

This work is for people who want a wiser, steadier, more intentional way of living. It is for those who are ready to heal, learn, grow, and build a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are.

The Institute is being shaped to offer both personal growth support and educational resources through a calm, thoughtful, and deeply human approach.

LIVING WELL Institute is being built to support:

personal healing and growth
deeper self-understanding
emotionally mature community
practical life wisdom
values-based living
leadership rooted in clarity and integrity
education that supports real change

Whether someone is looking for a book, a class, a coaching experience, or a speaking event,

the heart of the work is the same:

helping people move toward a more grounded and meaningful life.

Who This Is For

LIVING WELL Institute is for people who are drawn to thoughtful growth.

It is for those who want more than quick fixes. It is for people who value depth, clarity, healing, integrity, and meaningful change.

This space may be especially supportive for women in seasons

Teresa Zuvela is a therapist, writer, speaker, and founder of the Woodland Pathways Method. For more than 25 years, she has walked alongside women moving through betrayal, attachment wounds, and painful life transitions, helping them find steadiness, clarity, and a deeper sense of self-trust.

Her work is shaped by both clinical depth and a deep respect for the human spirit. She believes healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about returning to yourself with greater wisdom, compassion, and self-respect.

Through LIVING WELL Institute, Teresa is creating books, classes, coaching, group experiences, and teaching resources for people who want more than surface-level encouragement. She is passionate about offering grounded guidance for those who are ready to heal, grow, and build a life that feels more honest, meaningful, and well lived.

When she teaches, writes, or speaks, Teresa brings warmth, depth, and calm clarity. Her hope is to create work that helps people feel less alone, more understood, and more able to take their next step with courage.

I help the woman waking up at 2am doing everything “right” and still feeling undone: you’re not broken—you’re overwhelmed. I support women worldwide who are searching for answers and trying to move forward by focusing on nervous system regulation, rebuilding self-trust, and clarifying next steps—so you can feel steady again, not rushed.

Work With Me

COACHING 1:1, Group

1:1 coaching will offer focused support for people who want thoughtful guidance as they move through change, growth, healing, or life transition.

This work is designed for people who want a collaborative space to think clearly, strengthen self-trust, and move forward with intention.

Coaching through LIVING WELL Institute will be educational, growth-oriented, and practical. It is not therapy.

BOOK, NEWSLETTER & EDUCATION

Books are in development to offer thoughtful, accessible guidance for healing, clarity, growth, and living with greater self-respect.

These books are designed to be supportive, practical, and easy to return to again and again. They will offer reflection, teaching, and grounded next steps for people who want both insight and real movement. Currently I offer a newsletter which will give ongoing support through education. The newsletter is free and will contain future offers as they arise.

SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

LIVING WELL Institute will offer speaking engagements, workshops, and educational presentations for groups, communities, organizations, retreats, and professional spaces.

Speaking topics may include healing and growth, emotional steadiness and self-trust, trauma treatment education, relationships and repair, boundaries and self-respect, values-based living, women’s growth and midlife transformation, and practical wisdom for living well.

Each presentation is designed to be thoughtful, clear, and grounded in both lived experience and professional insight.

Success Stories

Feeling my past hurts was hard. I was ready to quit coaching, until Teresa showed me the roadmap with the Woodland Pathways Model to help me understand how far Id come and How close I was to the Living Well Stage.

It’s normal to have questions before investing in coaching

You may be wondering whether you should be able to do this on your own, whether it is okay to invest in yourself, or whether coaching will truly make a difference. These are thoughtful questions. For many women, choosing support is not about weakness. It is about deciding that clarity, growth, and wise guidance matter enough to make space for them.

“Shouldn’t I be able to figure this out on my own?”
Many women are used to carrying a great deal by themselves. You may be strong, capable, and thoughtful, yet still feel tired of trying to sort everything out alone. Reaching for support is not weakness. It can be a wise next step when you are ready for clearer direction and steadier growth. Sometimes a trusted guide is what you need to begin to move forward.

“Is it really okay to spend this kind of time, energy, or money on myself?”
For many women, investing in themselves brings up guilt. You may be used to putting other people first and pushing your own needs to the side. Choosing support for yourself is not selfish. It can be part of caring for your life more honestly and building something healthier from the inside out.

The duration of a coaching engagement can vary based on individual goals and needs. Some clients find value in a few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, while others may engage in longer-term coaching to achieve more substantial personal or professional transformations. Typically, a coaching relationship may last anywhere from a few months to a year or longer. It's essential to discuss your objectives and expectations with your coach to determine the best timeline for your coaching journey.

“What if I invest in coaching and nothing really changes?”
That is a very understandable concern. Especially if you have tried other things before, it makes sense to want reassurance that this will truly be helpful. Coaching is not about pressure or empty promises. It is a space for thoughtful support, honest reflection, and practical movement so that change feels real, grounded, and meaningful.Use GG to help you brainstorm objections your clients may have and how to overcome them]

Offerings in Development

Group Mastermind

The group mastermind is being envisioned as a grounded space for thoughtful people who want growth, reflection, support, and forward movement in community.

This will not be a loud or performative space. It will be a place for depth, discernment, meaningful conversation, and wise action.

The mastermind is intended for people who want to grow their lives, leadership, work, or next chapter with more clarity and steadiness.

Online Classes

Online classes are in development to provide accessible teaching for people who want to learn at their own pace.

These classes may include guided teaching, practical tools, reflection exercises, and supportive frameworks that help people apply what they are learning in real life.

Topics may include healing, boundaries, self-trust, emotional growth, relationships, and building a more grounded life.

Future Resources

Over time, LIVING WELL Institute may also include downloadable guides and workbooks, reflection tools and practices, supportive educational resources, community gatherings, retreats or special events, and resources for women in seasons of transition and growth.

This is a growing body of work, built slowly and with care.
